OWNER | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jacob Martinez founded LOMA Construction in August 2020 in an effort to serve the growing needs created by the COVID pandemic. With over 20 years of experience in both the construction and general industries, Jacob brings a style of hands-on leadership that has been instrumental in the Company’s growth. From sweeping hallways and building containments at Memorial Hermann to driving delivery trucks across Houston, Jacob understands what it takes to get the job done at the ground level.
His vision for a lean operating company sets the foundation to build a culture rooted in Faith, Teamwork, Service and Excellence. This lean approach offers you, the client, the best value possible for every project need. Jacob's greatest strength is connecting with you, offering honesty and integrity throughout the entire construction process.
Away from the office, Jacob enjoys deepening his faith, spending time with his family, a good round of golf, and is passionate about chasing elk and deer in the Colorado mountains.

Daniel J.G. Gazda
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Daniel is an accomplished Project Manager with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, accompanied by a minor in Business. With over five years of experience as a Project Manager in the general contracting industry, Daniel has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in overseeing projects. His dedication and skill have been recognized through nominations for awards such as the ASA and AGC Project Manager of the Year.
Daniel's proficiency lies in various aspects crucial to project success, including cost controls, effective leadership, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors. His meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach ensures the timely and efficient completion of projects under his management.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Daniel finds joy in pursuing his passions, which include woodworking projects and horse training. He also cherishes family time, often introducing sports to his children and nurturing their interests.

Phillip Martinez
PROJECT MANAGER
Phillip is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the industry, specializing in residential and commercial projects as a dedicated project manager. While Phillip's professional journey has predominantly been in project management, his educational background adds an intriguing dimension to his expertise. Graduating from the esteemed Alain and Marie Lenorte Culinary Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts, Phillip brings a unique perspective to his work, infusing his projects with the creativity, precision, and flair characteristic of a classically-trained chef.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Phillip finds immense fulfillment in his personal life as a devoted family man. He cherishes his roles as a father, husband, and grandfather, prioritizing quality time with his loved ones above all else.

Augie Martinez
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Augie Martinez recently joined LOMA Construction as Assistant Project Manager. Augie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. He played professional baseball after college before joining his family's residential construction business.
Augie lives in Sugar Land and is getting married later this year! In his free time, he enjoys coaching baseball and spending time with his family.
